1. Service provider
ReleaseFast is a trading name operated by Top of the World Reizen, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 92357989. The contracting address is Kraaipanstraat 11B, 1091 PE Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Public operating details are on the About page.
2. Managed B2B service
ReleaseFast prepares press release copy, performs human editorial and claim review, coordinates customer approval, and may purchase distribution from third-party newswire or syndication providers. The service is intended for business customers acting with authority for the named organization. It is paid syndication, not independently commissioned journalism or journalist outreach.
3. Packages, credits and tax
The Global Release is €599 excluding VAT for one release. The 3 Global Releases package is €1,699 excluding VAT for 3 release credits that expire 12 months after successful payment. The bundle saves €98 compared with 3 single releases. Each started release consumes one credit. Credits are tied to the secure purchase link, are not a subscription and do not renew automatically.
Displayed prices exclude VAT. Stripe calculates VAT at Checkout where applicable and collects billing details and a tax/VAT ID where supported. ReleaseFast does not store full card details. For illustration, a Dutch purchase charged at 21% VAT totals €724.79 or €2,055.79. The buyer's location, status and valid VAT ID can change the applicable treatment.
4. Customer content and rights
The customer is responsible for the truth, completeness and legality of submitted information. The customer confirms that material claims can be substantiated; quotes are genuine and approved; named partnerships are authorized for public mention; and supplied text, trademarks, images and other media are owned or licensed for the requested use.
5. Drafting and final approval
Automation may assist with research and first-draft preparation, but a human review is part of the service. The customer approves a specific draft version before upstream supplier submission. Approval authorizes ReleaseFast to submit that version, subject to corrections required by a supplier or publisher.
6. Placement commitments and variable outcomes
Guaranteed named placements apply only to the defined package commitments for an editorially eligible release. The exact number and identity of additional placements varies. A publisher may reject an ineligible release or later change, move or remove a page. ReleaseFast does not guarantee the full 500+ network, permanent availability, search indexing, search rankings, referral traffic or citation by an AI system.
7. Cancellation, failed payment and refunds
An unpaid or expired Checkout creates no release entitlement. Before final customer approval and upstream purchase, an order may be cancelled under the policy communicated for that order. After final approval and upstream submission, distribution costs are committed and the consumed credit or single release is generally non-refundable, except where mandatory law applies or a clear ReleaseFast failure requires another remedy. Unused bundle credits expire after 12 months unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Review and changes
The listed package includes the revision rounds stated at purchase. Supplier-required compliance changes may be necessary. Material scope changes or a new announcement consumes another release credit or requires a separate order.
9. Secure links and communications
ReleaseFast uses purpose-scoped bearer links for purchase, intake, review and report access. The customer must protect these links and promptly report suspected disclosure.
