Publishing standard

News first. Evidence close behind.

These standards describe what ReleaseFast can prepare and submit, what customers must substantiate and why every finished draft requires a human review and customer decision.

Updated 30 August 2026

A release needs a real announcement

Suitable announcements include launches, material feature releases, funding, authorized partnerships, company milestones, original research, expansion, executive appointments, events and awards. The issuing company must be clear and the release must explain what changed.

Material claims need support

Customers must be able to substantiate factual claims about funding, revenue, growth, users, customers, partnerships, awards, leadership, science, health, finance and regulated subjects. A public source, supporting document or accountable customer confirmation may be requested.

Quotes must be genuine, attributable to a named spokesperson and approved for publication. Images and other media must be owned or licensed for distribution.

AI assists; people decide

Automation may help organize public company facts and produce a first draft. A human editor checks structure, tone, claims and supplied evidence. The customer then approves the exact draft version before supplier submission. Corrections never silently overwrite the original public extraction.

What we will not submit

  • Fabricated news, quotes, identities, customers, partnerships or evidence.
  • Deceptive, unlawful, defamatory or impersonating content.
  • Unsupported guarantees, medical or financial promises, or misleading superlatives.
  • Direct-response advertising presented as independent reporting.
  • Material that infringes privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights.
Eligibility comes first.

Guaranteed named placements apply only after the release meets the editorial criteria. Wider-network pickup, permanent availability, search indexing, rankings, traffic and AI citation remain variable.

Questions about cancellation and third-party distribution are covered in the service terms.
